“I am truly honored by this recognition,” said Clancy. “Our commitment to our own employees, including our employees who are military personnel, is simply a reflection of the service we provide for Partners in Safety clients.”

Clancy was nominated by Jorge Garcia-Escarraman, an employee in the Partners in Safety Middletown office who recently served a nine-month term in Afghanistan.

“My employer is an outstanding military employer and supporter,” he said in his nomination form. “My employer has supported me 110 percent of the way through my recent deployment to Afghanistan. She is very understanding of military training, obligations and duties.”

“I think it is important, as employers, to continue to support those who serve our country,” Clancy said. “Their sacrifice provides us with the liberties and freedoms that we enjoy in this great nation and I know that everyone at Partners in Safety is grateful for their service.”
