Pearl River Man Indicted by Rockland Grand Jury for Spring Valley DWI
He has a previous DWI conviction.

Warren Brown of East Central Avenue in Pearl River was indicted Oct. 1 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crime of Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony.
According to a statement from District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe, Brown, 45, was behind the wheel of a car stopped on Route 59 in Spring Valley at about 12:03 a.m. May 19, 2014. A village police officer approached the vehicle and noted the driver was apparently intoxicated.
Brown had a previous DWI charge in Bronx County in 2011.
