Police: N.J. Resident Accused Of DWI On Rt. 303
Clarkstown officer spotted car moving erratically at 3 a.m.

A 30-year-old New Jersey resident is accused of drunken driving on Route 303 in West Nyack, Clarkstown police said this morning.
Justine Walker of Old Tappan, NJ, was spotted driving erratically on the northbound side of Route 303 at about 3 a.m. today and was stopped by a town police officer. Police said Walker failed a field sobriety test and was taken to police headquarters in New City, where she failed a chemical breath test for alcohol.
Walker was released by police this morning pending an April 18 hearing on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated and several traffic violations.
