Qdoba Opens Today in Nanuet

The newest Qdoba restaurant will open its doors Thursday near Fashion Drive & S. Middletown Road.
Doors to the new restaurant will officially open at 11 a.m.
On opening day, Qdoba will celebrate its newest restaurant with local tunes, giveaways and delicious eats.

The new restaurant will serve up traditional fan favorites such as Mexican Gumbo, Nachos with Queso Diablo and 3-Cheese Queso and hand-smashed guacamole. The new restaurant will also feature tacos made with fresh tortillas cooked in-house on a comal—a smooth, flat griddle common in Mexico and Central America.
