Rockland Community College to Host Job Fair
Employers will get a chance to meet hundreds of job seekers at the upcoming Rockland Community College Job Fair on April 6.

From Rockland Community College: Businesses seeking employees in the Rockland County area will get a chance to meet hundreds of job seekers at the upcoming Rockland Community College Job Fair. The event takes place Thursday, April 6 at RCC’s Fieldhouse and entry is free for all job seekers. For more information, visit here.

There’s still time for companies interested in participating – registration is open through this Friday, March 24. Call 845-574-4149 or see the website to register online. Last year more than 125 businesses took part in the event. Registration includes: 6-foot table, two chairs, plastic table cloth, free parking, light breakfast and lunch.
RCC and the Workforce Development Board of Rockland, in partnership with State Senator David Carlucci, invite students and all County residents seeking employment to attend the Job Fair to find great employment opportunities for local residents. A wide range of industries will be represented, offering positions from entry level to professional. Job seekers are encouraged to take full advantage of this unique opportunity to meet with so many companies.

The Annual Job Fair is part of RCC’s year-round commitment as a resource for career and job-related services. RCC Student Career Services provides assistance to students and alumni, while the Rockland County Career Center, located at RCC’s Suffern and Haverstraw campuses, serves the general public. This year, RCC will also hold a job fair specifically for veterans; that event will take place on Wednesday, April 26.
