Rockland County District Attorney Thomas P. Zugibe announced recent grand jury indictments.
Jonathan Chicaiza-Loja, 20, of Spring Valley for the crimes of Burglary in the 3rd Degree (2 Counts), Stolen Property in the 3rd degree, Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd degree.
He is accused of burglarizing two buildings on West Church Street in Spring Valley on June 26, 2014, stealing about $2,000 worth of merchandise and causing about $1,500 worth of damage.

Paul Nikola, 25, of Smallwood, NY for the crimes of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, Issuing a Bad Check and Bail Jumping in the 2nd degree.
According to the indictment, on Dec. 28, 2013, Nikola went to Beckerle Lumber Spring Valley and made a purchase with a check which was returned for insufficient funds.Then he failed to appear in the Spring Valley Justice Court in connection with the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Michael Roundtree, 38, of the Bronx, for the crime of Criminal Possession of a Forged On July 8, 2014, at 7:52 p.m., Roundtree is alleged to have attempted to open a credit card account at Best Buy and provided a fraudulent NYS driver’s license bearing a different name to the sales associate. He possessed a valid driver’s license with his true name and date of birth.
Robert Sweeny, 40, of Warwick, for the crimes of Attempted Robbery in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree.
On Feb. 1, 2014 Sweeney allegedly attempted to steal money out of a customer’s hands at a store in Stony Point. Zugibe said the customer resisted and Sweeney punched him several times. After he was arrested and transported to the Stony Point Police Department, he damaged a table by kicking it, requiring repair. He also urinated on the handcuffs which were securing him to the table, officials said.
Richard Camacho, 25, of Fort Montgomery was indicted on July 16, 2014 by a Rockland County Grand Jury for the crimes of Forgery in the 2nd degree (2 counts), Identity Theft in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree and Petit Larceny.
He is alleged to have used a stolen credit card to purchase a watch and bracelet exceeding $700 on Sept. 25, 2013.
Jamaal Jack, 21, of Haverstraw for the crime of Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree. Apparently Haverstraw Town Officers were at a victim’s residence investigating a crime when the defendant entered the residence.
There is a full stay away order of protection in effect preventing the defendant from being in the victim’s home.
Delilah Scrudato, 22, of Mahwah NJ for the crimes of Burglary in the 3rd Degree and Petit Larceny.
While employed at the Crumbs Bakery in the Village of Suffern, she is accused of breaking into the store after hours and stealing about $255 from the cash register and bank bag between Feb. 9 and 10, 2014.
