Shops at Nanuet Gets New Marketing Director

NANUET, NY — Tyesha Peterson has been named Director of Marketing and Business Development at The Shops at Nanuet.

“We are pleased to welcome Ty as Director of Marketing & Business Development,” said Ryan Hidalgo, mall manager at The Shops at Nanuet, in a press release. “I look forward to the contributions she will make in her new role to further the success at this premier property.”

Peterson will utilize her prior marketing expertise to effectively create, develop and implement the overall strategic marketing direction for the shopping center, a property of Simon, a leading global retail real estate company. She will also work to identify, create and sell revenue opportunities among the many duties in this position.

Peterson, born and raised in Rockland County, attended Pace University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, graduating in 2013. In February 2015 she joined Simon Property Group as the Marketing Assistant at The Galleria at White Plains and then joined The Westchester as Guest Services Manager and later became Assistant Marketing Director.
