Short Film Set to Shoot in Rockland County in August
Local production company raising funds for their short film, Sunflower Fields.

Wiseland Entertainment releases crowndfunding campaign for short film, Sunflower Fields
Nanuet, NY, July 27th, 2017: WISELAND ENTERTAINMENT, a full-service film production company, has released an IndieGoGo campaign for their upcoming short film, Sunflower Fields.
Sunflower Fields follows the story of a father, Karl, as he struggles with mental decay and depression after the loss of his loved ones. Based off the events surrounding the Utøya massacre in Norway, Sunflower Fields asks the question, “What happens when your children don’t come home?”. Actress and Writer, Freia M. Titland, and Cinematographer and all-around creative, Patrick Berwise Jr., have worked diligently to bring this project to life. Through the Crowdfunding platform of IndieGoGo, they are tapping into their local and global community to raise the appropriate funds in order to see this project to completion. Sunflower Fields will film at the end of August in Rockland County, NY where Titland and Berwise reside.
The idea for Sunflower Fields came about after Titland attended school in Oslo, Norway in the summer of 2011. There she witnessed the aftermath of the Utøya massacre and the bombings. Titland was inspired by the courage, strength, and resilience of the Norwegian people. She wrote Sunflower Fields to highlight her experience and the importance of family.
