Some Primary Results: Rockland County Board of Elections
Dizenzo beat Ballard to gain the GOP line in the general election for Clarkstown Highway Superintendent.

Here are some of the results Rockland County officials released from the Sept. 10 primary election.
In the Democratic primary:
For Family Court Judge: Rachel Tanguay-McGuane won the primary with 3,923 votes. Carol Barbash received 3,708.

For County Legislature:
- In District 2, Michael M. Grant received 478 votes and P.T. Thomas received 184.
- In District 8, Toney L. Earl, Sr received 333 votes, while Betty Carmand received 186.
- District 13: Aron Wieder received 415 votes and Jacques O. Michel 308.
For Ramapo Town Council: Brendel F. Logan-Charles 3,044 votes; Elye Kramer 518; Daniel Friedman , 1,010 and Samuel B. Tress, 2,938.

In the Republican primary
For Clarkstown Highway Superintendent: Frank M. Dizenzo, 1,104 votes; Wayne T. Ballard, 662 votes.
In the Conservative primary
For Clarkstown Town Justice (2): David M. Ascher, 164; Paul S. Chiaramonte, 78; Denise L. Weiss, 30; Howard Gerber, 118. (Ascher and Gerber also won the Independence Party line in that primary.)
In the Working Families primary
In the general election, Bob Milone will be on the Working Families Party line in the Clarkstown Highway Superintendent race.
