This week, Frugal Family scoured our local sources to come up with great deals on dentists, food, nails, cakes and sporting goods.

1. Smile For Life (Dr. Pyun, Dentist)

Deal: For those without dental insurance. For annual fee of $375 per individual receive services: 2 cleanings/year, 1 polishing/year, 2 exams/year, 1 set of xrays/year, free whitening (onetime).

Deal: Very low prices on cold cuts. $5.99/lb Oven Gold Turkey, $5.99/lb. Deluxe Ham, $3.99/lb. Land O'Lakes American Cheese. Plus coupons for bagels in the pennysaver.
