Pearl River, NY (July 2016): Katz & Associates is pleased to announce that after 40 years of being occupied by Ethan Allen, 300 East Route 59 in Nanuet, NY is now the new home of The Tile Shop & Carpet One Home & Floor. The 30,000 square foot building has undergone a total rehabilitation and both tenants are planning for a ribbon cutting ceremony on July 26th at 3:00 PM.
