MONSEY, NY — Ramapo police are investigating the death of a 15-month-old who was struck by a car. According to preliminary findings, the child was sitting in the road and was hit by a taxi cab backing out of a driveway. The little boy was a resident of the home from which the taxi fare was being picked up, police said.
