Transformer Fire, Downed Trees in Congers (VIDEO)

There are reports of transformers blowing, downed live wires and downed trees all over town. This transformer blew in Congers near Fisher Avenue and Rt 303 and a large tree fell blocking both lanes of Lakewood Drive
