Two Men, Two Women Hit With Drug Charges on Thruway

Two Port Chester women and two Orange County men were hit with drug charges in an incident on the New York State Thruway in Clarkstown, according to State Police.

Police said the four were on the Thruway at 12:17 a.m. on Wednesday when they were charged.

Accused are:

- Rayvon T. Davis, 24, of Monroe, charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

- Jessica Vargas, 33, of Port Chester, charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

- Raymond O. Wilson, 24, of Highland Mills, charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

- Renita E. Santos, 32, of Port Chester, charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

All four were released pending a hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
