Weekend Weather Forecast for Nanuet Includes Chance of Showers, Thunderstorms

Before we get to the weekend though, we’re looking at a picture perfect weather day on Friday with sunny skies and temps around 70 degrees.
Saturday kicks off the weekend with showers and thunderstorms possible early in the morning, and then it will be mostly warm and cloudy for the remainder of the day.

But the sun reappears on Sunday, and a lovely day is forecast with high temperatures in the upper 70s.
“Not as warm as last week… but highs this weekend should still flirt with 80°,” said Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.

- Tonight-Mostly clear. Lows in the mid 40s. West winds around 5 mph in the evening...becoming light and variable.
- Friday-Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 70s. West winds around 5 mph...becoming south in the afternoon.
- Friday Night-Cloudy. A slight chance of showers in the evening... Then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after midnight. Lows in the mid 50s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.
- Saturday-Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning...then partly sunny with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs around 80. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent.
- Saturday Night-Mostly cloudy. A chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening. Lows in the lower 60s. Chance of rain 40 percent.
- Sunday-Partly sunny. Highs in the upper 70s.
- Sunday Night-Mostly cloudy. Lows in the upper 50s.
- Monday-Partly sunny. Highs around 70.
