Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in Nanuet

NANUET, NY - Someone who plays the lottery in Nanuet is holding a winning ticket.

The New York Lottery announced Wednesday that a top prize winning ticket for the April 19, 2016 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at Route 59 Convenience at 315 West Route 59 in Nanuet.

The ticket is worth $64,430.50.

In addition to the $64,430.50 top prize for the April 19 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 328 players each purchased winning tickets worth $294.50 by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 100,825 TAKE 5 winners for the April 19 drawing, Lottery officials said.

The winning numbers for the April 19 TAKE 5 drawing were 03-08-09-10-16.

Lottery officials encouraged everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.

The winners may claim the tickets at Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway at 810 Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, NY 10704 or any of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Lottery’s Fishkill office at 18 Westage Business Center, Hudson Valley Towne Center, Suite 6, Fishkill, NY 12524, officials said.
