
The Greater Nanuet Chamber of Commerce has announced its winter/spring events for 2016.
On January 12 from 6 – 8pm the Nanuet Chamber of Commerce will host a Post Holiday Party & Grab Bag at the Kitchen Table + Bar at 149 Main Street. After the hectic Holiday pace, join members of the Chamber board and fellow local business members for a post holiday Networking Party and Fun Grab Bag. The evening will include hors d’oeuvres and happy hour drink prices all night. Admission includes food and one free glass of beer or wine. Chamber members attend free, two from each business, but must register on line here : https://nanuetchamber.com/post-holiday-networking-party Non-members are welcome at $25 each. The evening will include a VOLUNTARY GRAB BAG! Join our fun grab bag that evening by bringing a wrapped item or gift certificate valued at $20 from a shop or restaurant in Nanuet or one of our members! All those who bring an gift will have an opportunity to pick something from the grab bag at the event. A great way to support Nanuet businesses and Chamber members and go home with something fun!
On February 11, 8:00am all are welcome to attend and meet Newly Elected Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann. Place to be announced.
On March 18 the Chamber will kick off their 2nd Annual Art Walk and Exhibition with students’ artwork being displayed in various shops around town and on April 1st at the Shops at Nanuet, they will hold a reception for the art students of Nanuet Schools who participated. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend this fun event.

On April 19 the Nanuet Chamber will host their 3rd Annual Nanuet Health Fair at the Pascack Community Center with various health related and medical vendors, screenings and demonstrations to take place.
On May 1 the Chamber will host a Walk/Run for Breast Cancer to Benefit Breast Center at Nyack Hospital. Titled The Race for Retta, it will be in honor of a Nanuet resident.

On June 5 from 10:00am - 5:00pm the Nanuet Chamber will hoist their 3rd Annual Nanuet Street Fair. The Nanuet Street Fair has quickly become one of the most popular events in the county featuring hundreds of vendors from across the county and beyond. Space is limited and those who want a booth are encouraged to register early. Forms are already up on the Chamber website at www.nanuetchamber.com. Sponsors are being sought now and will be included on all material and advertising for this event. Chamber members received reduced pricing for tables.
The Nanuet Chamber is also participating in NBC’s Biggest Loser Chamber event. Teams of four should register on line and indicate they are signing up with the Nanuet Chamber in the appropriate registration box. This unique opportunity is a great way to get in shape after the holidays with friends and co-workers in a structured but fun format. Teams can compete for 10,000 prizes.
