• New Berlin woman arrested after year-long investigation into stolen firearm (wbng.com) — A 28-year-old New Berlin woman faces felony weapon and theft charges after a year-long Chenango County investigation into a stolen firearm in the Village of Sherburne. Deputies say video evidence linked her to the alleged theft, and she was finally arrested when she appeared in court on unrelated charges and then released on her own recognizance.
