3 Men Wanted For Stealing $3.2M In Jewelry, Cash From NYC Home: Police

NEW YORK CITY — Police are looking for three men who allegedly broke into a home in Queens and stole a safe containing around $3.2 million in jewelry and cash close to two weeks ago.

The incident happened on Oct. 16 around 2:20 p.m. at a home near 160th Street and 84th Drive in Jamaica Hills, police said.

The men broke into the home through a rear door, and once inside they took the safe. They then fled in a blue Hyundai Elantra, police said.

The three suspects were seen wearing construction vests.

The first suspect is described as a man with light complexion, with black hair and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers, white construction hat, eye protective wear and seen carrying a black backpack.

The second man was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, gray sneakers, white construction hat, eye protective wear, black face covering and carrying a black backpack.

The third suspect was last seen wearing a white hoodie sweater, black pants, gray sneakers and black gloves.

No injuries were reported from the incident.
