AG Letitia James Vows Trump Family Will Testify Amid Appeal
Donald Trump and his children appealed an order that they must appear for sworn testimony in a probe into their financial dealings.
NEW YORK CITY — A fresh legal gambit by former President Donald Trump and his children to avoid testifying under oath won't stop a civil probe into their financial dealings, Attorney General Letitia James vowed.
James on Friday responded to reports that the Trump family would appeal a judge's recent ruling that they must provide sworn testimony and comply with her subpoenas as she investigates the Trump Organization.

Make no mistake: My office will continue to pursue this case without fear or favor because no one is above the law.”
James' statement is only the latest in a bitter legal fight between her and the Trumps.
