All NYC Public Libraries Set To Reopen After Massive Blizzard
Libraries will reopen on Tuesday after being closed all of Monday due to the storm.
NEW YORK CITY — All New York City public libraries will reopen after a blizzard slammed the area with over a foot of snow.
New York Public Library locations (Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island) will open at noon and are expected to close at their regularly scheduled times, officials said.
Brooklyn Public Library - Central Branch will open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. All other branches will open from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.

In Queens, Central and Flushing Libraries will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The storm dumped between 14 and 24 inches of snow in some parts of the city since Sunday afternoon, according to forecasters.

Other services remain affected after Monday's blizzard, including ferry service, which has been reduced. Alternate side parking is suspended for the week. Trash collection is paused for February 23 and 24, with updated schedules to be released tomorrow.
Recycling is delayed into next week. Property owners must maintain four-foot cleared paths on sidewalks.
In addition, city schools will resume in-person classes tomorrow.
