According to multiple reports from the New York Post and AMNY, the suspect had been allegedly harassing the girl and tried to get her phone number.

In a video posted on the Instagram page @coronavirusny, which was amassed over one million views, shows the suspect confronting the girl.

“Stand right here,” the boy can be heard telling the girl while grabbing her arm.

The girl attempts to walk away, telling the suspect, “Get away from me."

The boy then grabs the girl, lifts her in the air, before slamming her to the concrete. The suspect is then seen stomping on the girl's head.
