6 NYC Bars Were Just Nominated For Best U.S. Cocktail Bar Award: See Here

NEW YORK CITY — Six New York City bars recently earned nominations for Best U.S. Cocktail Bar.

The nominations are part of The Tales of the Cocktail Foundation's 2026 Spirited Awards.

Among the top 10 nominees for Best U.S. Cocktail Bar are Double Chicken Please, Martiny's, Overstory, Sip & Guzzle, Superbueno and Bar Snack.

In addition, Bar Snack, Superbueno and Sip & Guzzle were nominated for Best U.S. Bar Team.

New York City was also well represented in other award categories.

Dear Irving on Hudson at the Aliz Hotel and Raines Law Room at the William were nominated for Best U.S. Hotel Bar.

Dolores in Brooklyn was nominated for Best New U.S. Cocktail Bar and Bar Madonna was nominated for Best U.S. Restaurant Bar.

In the best U.S. Bartender of the Year category, bartenders Andrea Grujic from Sip & Guzzle, Juliette Larrouy from schmuck. and Shammai Mading from Superbueno were nominated.

The annual Spirited Awards recognizes and honors bars, bartenders and teams around the world.

Next month, the Top 10 nominees will be narrowed down to four finalists and winners will be revealed during the Tales of the Cocktail conference in New Orleans on July 23.
