Hell’s Kitchen Bar Offers $75 Off if Giants Win, Uses Kalshi Trade to Offset Cost

Dalton's Bar & Grill is using a Kalshi trade to help cover the cost of a Monday night promotion aimed at bringing in more customers

Dalton's Bar & Grill is giving New York Giants fans another reason to come out Monday night, offering the first 75 tabs $75 off if the Giants win and using a trade on Kalshi to help offset the cost of the promotion.

Sean Keogan, owner of Dalton's, is looking to bring more customers into the Hell's Kitchen bar on Monday following the big Sunday football rush. He placed a $1,600 trade on Kalshi tied to a Giants victory, with a potential payout of approximately $6,600.

If the Giants win, Dalton's will provide the discount to qualifying customers while the Kalshi payout helps offset the cost of the promotion. If the Giants lose, the discounts are not triggered, but the promotion still gives Keogan a way to attract customers for Monday night football.

"Sunday is a big football day for us, so we wanted to find a way to bring some of that energy into Monday night," Keogan said. "Giving Giants fans something extra to root for seemed like a fun way to do that. Using Kalshi lets us tie the promotion directly to the outcome of the game and helps offset the cost if the Giants win."

Dalton's is a neighborhood sports bar that regularly draws fans for NFL games and other major sporting events. Keogan saw the Giants game as an opportunity to use prediction markets in a different way by connecting the result of a trade directly to a customer promotion designed to generate business.

Rather than simply trading on the outcome of the game, Dalton's structured the promotion so the same Giants victory that triggers the customer discount can also produce a payout on Kalshi.
