La Factoría will bring its signature “Boricua”-style hospitality to NYC, celebrating the vibrant mix of old and new that defines both Puerto Rico and Freeman Alley. Known for its “run-down chic” aesthetic, La Factoría shares a kindred spirit with UNTITLED at 3 Freeman Alley (a hotel within the iconic graffiti-coated walkway off Bowery), both drawing inspiration from their surroundings - Old San Juan and the LES, where art, music, and culture intertwine.
Just like their legendary bar in Old San Juan—ranked among the World’s 50 Best—this takeover will unfold across multiple spaces throughout the hotel, starting on the ground floor and working up to UNLISTED Rooftop, inviting guests to explore hidden corners, secret gardens, and bold cocktails around every turn. Expect tropical vibes, bold flavors, La Factoría's very own DJ bringing the heat, and plenty of Don Q rum to keep the party going all night. Bar Co-Owner, Roberto Berdecia, and Bartender, Ottoniel Mendez, will be behind the bar, mixing up the bar’s most celebrated cocktails, offering guests a limited-time chance to indulge in the artistry of Puerto Rico’s most distinguished cocktail bar.
