
After mastering steak with Benjamin Steakhouse and redefining seafood with The Sea Fire Grill, Benjamin Restaurant Group blended the two concepts for Benjamin Prime, a modern steak and seafood destination where the grill takes center stage. From January 20 to February 8, the restaurant will participate in NYC Winter Restaurant Week, offering a 3-course prix fixe menu at $45 for lunch and $60 for dinner.
Lunch offerings include appetizers such as Italian Burrata with aged balsamic reduction, Grilled Calamari with lemon and garlic, or classic Lobster Bisque. Entrées feature Junior New York Sirloin with vegetable and potato, Grilled Scottish Salmon, Organic Roasted Half Chicken with mashed potatoes, or Garlic Confit Linguine. Finish with desserts like New York Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Cake, or Ice Cream.
Dinner offerings include appetizers such as Classic Caesar Salad, Italian Burrata, or Sizzling Canadian Bacon. Entrée selections feature New York Sirloin, Grilled Scottish Salmon, or Bell & Evan’s Organic Roasted Half Chicken, served with a choice of sides like Mashed Potatoes or Creamless Creamed Spinach. Dessert options include New York Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse Cake, or Carrot Cake.
