On Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30pm, Cuna will host a four-course pairing dinner with Tequila Herradura , one of Mexico’s oldest tequila producers founded in 1870, with a menu from Calderón designed to highlight the range of the spirit across each course. The Tequila Herradura dinner is a four-course pairing with each dish matched to a different expression of the spirit, moving from brighter, citrus-driven profiles into more aged, oak-forward styles. Courses include Seabass Ceviche with cucumber and serrano chili paired with Herradura Silver, Roasted Asparagus with spring peas and cotija emulsion paired with Reposado, Grilled Filet Mignon with soy caramel paired with Añejo, and a Rhubarb and Strawberry Tart served with Herradura Ultra. Reservations can be booked via Resy.
