Fizz & Fry is Sparkling Pointe’s signature summer collaboration, partnering this year with Balo’s Food for a crave-worthy menu of fried favorites, including Popcorn Chicken, Fried Shrimp Basket, Famous Seafood Stuffies, Corn Fritters and Fries, plus rotating weekly specials - all perfectly paired with Sparkling Pointe’s full lineup of méthode champenoise wines.
