On Wednesday, June 10th, NYC’s new Japanese-style cocktail bar Stone & Soil will host an exclusive evening with D.C’s World’s 50 Best-recognized Allegory Bar and Atwater Cocktail Lounge from Montreal. This one-night-only takeover brings together leading bartenders Rio Azmee, Kate Boushel and Deke Dunne for a one-night-only event featuring some of the most celebrated bar programs in the U.S and Canada. The trio will present a special selection of cocktails reflecting their distinctive approaches to modern bartending — from Japanese precision and sustainability to maximalist technique and elevated classics.
