This week, Cocktail Omakase is hosting a Guest Shift with their Tokyo-based partners Bar Libre: a 4-night residency running June 23–26 from 6:30 PM to Midnight at Bar 7, our intimate seven-seat bar tucked within the back of the space.
Located on the Lower East Side, Cocktail Omakase is a 14-seat, Tokyo-inspired cocktail tasting experience from Cocktail Kingdom Hospitality Group, created in collaboration with Bar Libre. The concept brings omakase philosophy to cocktails, offering a one-hour, four-course guided tasting paired with bites, with menus rotating every two weeks to reflect seasonality and technique.
