The evening features a curated tasting menu designed to highlight the wines as the focal point, with refined pairings by Executive Chef Jakob Sleight that showcase minerality, freshness, and sense of place. Guests will enjoy guided tastings, thoughtful insights, and elevated hospitality in a warm, communal setting.
