Berkeley College and Rennert International will offer a four-week Fashion Experience program at Berkeley College in New York City from July 6 through July 31, 2026, for U.S. and international students 16 and older who are interested in the fashion industry.
“Students will have the opportunity to take a deep dive into the fashion industry while also visiting designer studios and notable flagships and meeting top career professionals,” said Eimear Harrison, Executive Vice President, Rennert International. “We look forward to welcoming participants for what promises to be an unforgettable summer of learning and inspiration.”
Participants in the Fashion Experience will learn from fashion professionals, create a fashion merchandising portfolio, attend field trips to fashion studios, and participate in hands-on daily lessons. Topics for the course include fashion trends, styling, sustainability, fashion trends, textiles and materials, product development, retail and merchandising, accessories, and more.
“Studying fashion in New York City was an incredibly inspiring and transformative experience,” said Caio Minari, a 2025 participant in the Fashion Experience program and resident of São Paolo, Brazil. “Being surrounded by so many different styles, cultures, and perspectives pushed me to think beyond the obvious and embrace a more global and innovative approach to fashion.”
The interactive course runs Mondays through Fridays from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The course fee is $1,650 with a $125 registration fee. Learn more about what the program has to offer on the Berkeley College website or on the Rennert International website.
