
After Eden, the Lower East Side bar and café from Founder and Beverage Director Gelo Honrade rooted in Filipino and Vietnamese craft, celebrates the launch of its new summer menu and programming. The night features an expanded signature cocktail list with interactive cocktail experiences, a matcha series built around strawberry-coconut and ube, and a dedicated Bánh Mì program by Chef Nancy Nguyen with house-baked bread and cold cuts. The bar also opens its Opium Room to walk-in guests for the first time. A DJ spins from 8 PM to midnight, with a magician making the rounds from 8 to 10 PM.
