The Cloud One Wine Bar & Lounge is hosting a special wine tasting in collaboration with Sommelier Mark Guillaudeu of the acclaimed Eleven Madison Park. Named Best Sommelier in America in 2022 & 2024 by Best Sommeliers of America, Mark will lead the evening, spotlighting the Wine Bar’s premier selections and visionary, climate-conscious producers.
On Wednesday, August 12th, from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, the wine bar and lounge, located on the sixth floor of The Cloud One Hotel New York-Downtown (FiDi), guests will experience an immersive guided tasting featuring six exceptional wines spanning California and the Pacific Northwest. Each pour will tell a unique story, offering the opportunity to explore the people, places, and sustainable practices shaping today's wine industry through engaging conversation and expert insights. The tasting will be complemented by a curated selection of charcuterie and cheeses.
Enjoy two reds, two whites, one sparkling rosé, and one still rosé, followed by a full glass of their favorite featured wine to savor following the tasting.
