On Thursday, September 3 from 6-9 PM, Stone & Soil will welcome Agustin Enriquez Pérez of Montevideo’s Baker’s Bar behind the bar for a special edition of its international Guest Shift Series. A driving force in Uruguay’s emerging cocktail scene, Baker’s is the first and only Uruguayan bar recognized by 50 Best Discovery and currently sits at No. 431 on the Top 500 Bars list.
For three hours only, New Yorkers can get a taste of the bar putting Montevideo on the global cocktail map, as Pérez takes over Stone & Soil with an exclusive menu channeling the flavors, creativity, and energy of Uruguay’s drinking culture. The one-night-only takeover is supported by Casa Brugal, No. 3 Gin, The Macallan, and Yola Mezcal.
