10/3–10/4: Away is Opening NYC Downtown Pop-up, “The Travelers Salon”

Tied to its upcoming Series 3 launch this week, Away is opening “The Travelers Salon,” a gathering place for the people, stories, and ideas that make travel worth it. Part library, part storytelling experience, part workshop, and part gathering place, the Salon comes to life throughout the weekend to offer a unique experience for each attendee.

• When: Saturday, 10/3 – Sunday, 10/4, from 12 to 6pm
• Where: Ideal Glass Studios in Greenwich Village (9 W 8th Street, New York, NY 10011)
• What: Stop by Away's Travelers Salon, For one weekend in NYC, where you can explore stories from the Away community, discover Series 3, get hands-on in workshops, personalize your experience, and add a travel truth of your own.
  • The Travel Truths room: An immersive room grounded in real customer travel stories, where guests can explore personal stories, travel artifacts, unexpected truths, and moments of discovery throughout the room.
  • The Luggage Library: Guests can explore and shop Series 3 alongside books, Travel Truth tags, and product stories.
  • Leave a Truth: An interactive installation invites guests to reflect on “What has travel taught you along the way?” and add their own Travel Truth to the growing collection.
