Savor Premium Tequilas with the Famed Restaurant’s Buzziest Dishes
Few culinary institutions hold as permanent a spot on the global must-eat list as Gabriela Cámara’s Contramar. The Mexico City powerhouse transformed modern Mexican dining by serving refined, seafood-centric cuisine rooted in coastal tradition. For this exclusive dinner, executive chef Mariana Alfarache brings that celebrated style to New York, delivering the restaurant's greatest hits and the vibrant energy behind Contramar’s most iconic dishes—including the legendary pescado a la talla, a whole butterflied red snapper grilled with smoky red chili adobo on one half and a bright parsley-garlic sauce on the other.
The menu will be accompanied by cocktails and pours showcasing Don Fulano Tequila’s estate-grown tequilas crafted in Jalisco by a family of fifth-generation agave farmers using historic copper stills and volcanic spring water.
This one-night-only dinner will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre upon arrival, an expertly crafted multi-course menu with thoughtfully curated wine or beverage pairings, and a Q&A with the featured chefs.
