Drawing from the duo’s new Brooklyn sensation, Cafe Bar J.F., this special evening pairs their celebrated approach to South American seafood with pristine Skuna Bay salmon.
Harvested in cold, glacier-fed waters, Skuna Bay salmon is prized by world-class kitchens for its exceptional purity and buttery richness—making it an ideal canvas for Castillo’s cooking. Moving beyond standard salmon preparations, this multifaceted feast highlights the fish in reimagined ways, blending refined modern techniques with the vibrant flavors of South America.
