The latest installment of Maison Passerelle’s Wine Dinner Series explores the influence of elevation, altitude and aspect through wines from some of the world’s great mountain regions. Led by Beverage Director Ren Neuman and her team of sommeliers, the evening features five courses, each paired with a wine and inspired by the French Alps and the warmth of the chalet. Dishes include Wild Mushroom Consommé and Squab with Smoked Juniper, Savoy Cabbage and Pear. The menu is $188 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and includes all five pairings. Reservations can be made via Resy.
