Día de Muertos Celebration in Flatiron NoMad

Join the Flatiron NoMad Partnership for its 5th annual Día de Muertos Celebration on Wednesday, October 28, from 3-7 PM in the Flatiron North Plaza! This free, public celebration will center around Twenty Petal Flower, an interactive community altar presented in partnership with Mestiz Studio and Powerhouse Arts, alongside a curated mix of Mexican folklore performances by Calpulli Mexican Dance Company

Visitors of all ages can take part in hands-on activities throughout the afternoon, including flower-making with Mano a Mano: Mexican Culture Without Borders, Día de Muertos-inspired booklet-making with Center for Book Arts, DIY printmaking and Marigold Flores de Papel with Poster House, plus La Catrina face painting and skull decorations.
