NEW YORK CITY — Add a criminal complaint to Gov. Andrew Cuomo's woes.

An executive assistant to Cuomo who accused the governor of groping her breast filed a complaint Thursday with the Albany County Sheriff's Office, the New York Post first reported.

The New York Times also confirmed the complaint was filed, which could lead to Cuomo's arrest if prosecutors believe it provides evidence of a crime.

Cuomo has denied accusations detailed in a bombshell 165-page report released by Attorney General Letitia James that found he sexually harassed 11 women, most of whom were state employees.

The assistant, who hasn't been publicly named, is identified in the report as "Executive Assistant #1," according to the Post.

Cuomo repeatedly kissed, hugged and grabbed the woman's behind, the Attorney General's report states.

"These offensive interactions, among others, culminated in an incident at the Executive Mansion in November 2020 when the Governor, during another close hug with Executive Assistant #1, reached under her blouse and grabbed her breast," the report states.

During another encounter, Cuomo asked her to take a selfie with him and grabbed her "butt cheek," the report states.

"Executive Assistant #1 was shaking so much during this interaction that her initial selfies with the Governor were very blurry," the report states. "At the Governor’s suggestion, the two of them then sat down and took one more selfie, with the Governor’s hands around Executive Assistant #1’s waist."

Interactions with Cuomo sometimes made the woman so nervous that hives broke out on her neck, according to the report.

Cuomo has so far resisted near-universal calls for his resignation and faces an impeachment inquiry. Mayor Bill de Blasio said Cuomo's scandals and refusal to leave office are "hurting" New York City.
