Father's Day 2019: Where To Celebrate In New York City

NEW YORK, NY — The day to celebrate and honor dad is fast approaching – Father's Day is this Sunday, June 16.

Social Drink & Food (570 10th Ave)

The West Side spot is setting itself up perfectly for fathers. From 1 - 9 p.m., the outdoor terrace will be hosting a Father's Day BBQ, Bourbon and Beer party. The restaurant is offering a special deal where any purchase of the Father's Day Grand Burger ($20) comes with a complimentary draft beer or house bourbon cocktail.

Beer pong, Connect 4 and mini-golf will also be available on the roof.

OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria (1 Fifth Ave)

If we know one things, it's that dad's love pizza. OTTO is serving up a Father's Day special where he can select one of Chef Gaetano Arnone's pizza and pair it with a flight of three four-ounce draft beers for only $20.

Dad can also choose to order the Triple Carne, which is a pizza topped with pepperoni, sausage, and guanciale for only $16.

Steak 'N Lobster (129 West 29 Street)

Steak "N Lobster has got one of the better Father's Day deals out there, as the restaurant is offering a free draft beer with any purchase of a steak. Dads can choose between a classic New York Strip, a Kogi Steak and a Cajun Steak.

Carvel Ice Cream (Multiple NYC Locations)

Ice cream is a pretty safe bet in making any dad happy this Father's Day. The iconic Carvel Ice Cream is offering a Father's Day only deal where any purchase of a Fudgie the Whale Cake comes with a free limited edition Fudgie the Whale hat.

The ice cream store and Captain Lawrence Brewing will also be re-releasing the limited edition Fudgie the Beer. Hitting stores the week of June 10 — at 6% ABV, the beer is brewed with fudge and vanilla ice cream.

Father's Day Brunch at Benjamin Steakhouse (Dylan Hotel NYC, 52 E 41st St)

If you're looking for a slightly more upscale Father's Day experience, the Benjamin Steakhouse is the perfect place for you. The restaurant is offering a special Father's Day menu for $69.95.

Cantina Rooftop (605 W 48th St)

With one of the best rooftop views in Manhattan alongside top quality Mexican food, Cantina Rooftop is a great place to celebrate Father's Day. The restaurant is offering specials all weekend to honor the dads in your life. The specials include a slow roasted 16oz Prime Rib and multiple cocktails.

Christos Steakhouse (4108 23rd Ave, Astoria)

The Queens-based steakhouse is offering a collection of specials for Father's Day including a Steakhouse Salad ($16), Greek Beef and Reef ($60), Flash Seared Tuna Loin ($32) and a Baked Astoria Red Velvet Cake ($14).

Clinton Hall (Multiple NYC Locations)

The renowned burger spot is putting on a "Dad Bod Special on Father's Day." Come try Clinton Hall's new Gigawatt IPA beer, made in partnership with the Bronx Brewery. It will be $10 for a four pack.

Black Tap (Multiple NYC Locations)

Starting June 16, Father's Day, Black Tap Burgers & Beers is putting a fatherly spin on their popular Captain Lawrence Brewing Co's Fudgie the Beer. The drink is being transformed into "The Fudgie The Beer Float" with the signature beer getting poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
