Photos and video posted on social media showed multiple fire trucks outside the bar.

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — A fire a The Dead Rabbit Grocery and Grog in the city's Financial District has left one firefighter hurt. Firefighters were called to 30 Water Street around 7:30 a.m. Sunday for a report of a fire. They arrived at the scene within minutes, a spokesman for the agency told Patch.
The two-alarm blaze was placed under control within a few hours. One firefighter suffered a minor injury and was sent to a hospital.
The blaze appeared to be throughout the building in the ducts, a fire spokesman told Patch. There was a small amount of damage to the walls but the fire was mostly contained to the ductwork, he said.

Told by my favorite bodega guy that there was a fire at The Dead Rabbit in FiDi. Crazy FDNY presence, but the situation seems under control? pic.twitter.com/tIF9OkFrQc
