NEW YORK CITY — An unwanted kiss. Crude comments. Uncomfortable comparisons to other women. Abuse of power. A pervasive culture of sexual harassment and bullying.

Those are the accusations leveled against Gov. Andrew in a blog post published Wednesday by Lindsey Boylan, a former aide and current candidate for Manhattan borough president.

“Andrew Cuomo abused his power as Governor to sexually harass me, just as he had done with so many other women,” Boylan wrote on Medium.

Cuomo previously denied Boylan’s accusations when she first alluded to them in a Twitter thread back in December.

A spokesperson for the governor again denied the accusations after Boylan published a more detailed account on Wednesday.

"As we said before, Ms. Boylan's claims of inappropriate behavior are quite simply false," Caitlin Girouard said in a statement.

Boylan, who worked as deputy secretary of development and special adviser to Cuomo, kicked off her account with a remark she said the governor made to her on a 2017 flight: “Let’s play strip poker.”

“I should have been shocked by the Governor’s crude comment, but I wasn’t,” Boylan continued.

The governor's office released flight manifests officials claimed contradicted Boylan's account of who was on the plane. Four officials who were on flights during that time jointly issued a statement: "We were on each of these October flights and this conversation did not happen."

The essay details what Boylan characterized as Cuomo’s “crush” on her. The governor compared her appearance to an ex-girlfriend’s, touched her lower back, arms and legs and kissed her on the lips while they were alone, Boylan wrote.

Boylan also included emails and texts that appear to corroborate her discomfort over his “creepy” actions at the time.

“He is a sexist pig and you should avoid being alone with him!” her mother wrote her, according to a text included in the post.

The accusations against Cuomo come as the governor faces increased scrutiny over his aggressive behavior.

Several officials, including Mayor Bill de Blasio and Assembly Member Ron Kim, have called out the governor’s “bullying.”

And another woman who worked for Cuomo — Pamela Hinton — penned an op-ed for the New York Daily News on Wednesday that decried his hyper-masculine “penis politics.”
