King Charles III, Queen Camilla Will Visit NYC This Month: What To Know

The British monarchy will make two other stops as part of their U.S. trip.

NEW YORK CITY — King Charles III and his wife Queen Camilla will visit New York City as part of their first official trip to the United States later this month.

The king and queen will be in the country from April 27 to 30, first stopping in Washington D.C. to mark America's 250th anniversary.

They then will travel to New York to attend events "highlighting the modern U.K.-U.S. relationship through culture, community and economic growth," according to an Instagram post.

The last stop will be in Virginia where they will connect with local communities, heritage and nature.
