NEW YORK, NY — One Wall Street, the landmarked Art Deco tower in Lower Manhattan, located to the east of Broadway and adjacent to the New York Stock Exchange, has unveiled three new turnkey model residences in collaboration with B&B Italia, the global luxury furniture company.

The residences combine the building’s historic architecture with contemporary Italian design, giving buyers fully furnished homes curated by one of the world’s leading design houses.

The three new residences range from a studio “Pied-à-Terre” listed at $1.03 million, to the two-bedroom “Classic” at $3.4 million, and the three-bedroom “Signature” home at $5.15 million.

Residence 1226, the studio, features high ceilings and minimalist interiors using the Maxalto collection. Residence 1202, the two-bedroom, blends bold textures and graphic design elements. Residence 1201, the three-bedroom, includes two primary suites and a private office, offering a sleek, contemporary interior with views of Trinity Church.

One Wall Street offers residents full-service amenities including a 100,000-square-foot wellness and social space, The One Club restaurant and terrace, The One Sky Pool, The One Gym, and a 6,500-square-foot co-working space. Residents also have complimentary membership to Life Time’s four-level fitness club and access to Printemps New York’s luxury services.

"This collaboration brings that shared vision to life, in demonstration of what we offer residents through curated design to suit their desires delivered by B&B Italia as fully equipped homes," Anna Zarro, One Wall Street Sales president, said.

The tower, originally built in 1931 for the Irving Trust Company and redesigned by Macklowe Properties, includes 174,000 square feet of retail space and 100,000 square feet of amenities across its 51 stories.
