Man Dies In Midtown After Suspected Rooftop Plunge: NYPD, Report
A man, 46, was found dead on the street Wednesday at Sixth Avenue and West 45th Street, police said.

NEW YORK CITY, NY — A 46-year-old man died in Midtown after a suspected plunge from a rooftop bar Wednesday, according to police and a report.
Medics found the man's body at Sixth Avenue and West 45th Street about 6:20 p.m., NYPD officials confirmed to Patch. They pronounced him dead on the street, authorities said.
An investigation is ongoing in what the New York Post reported as a suspected suicide from Bar 54 at the Hyatt Centric Times Square.

Patch could not independently confirm the man's identity as reported by the New York Post. Police said they were withholding that information until his family members are notified of his death.
