Man Found Dead Inside NYC Apartment Building, Police Say
The city's medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
NEW YORK CITY — Police are investigating the death of a man who was found dead in the stairwell of a New York City apartment building on Monday.
The man was found unresponsive inside 20 East 6 Street around 6:05 a.m., police said.
The victim was found with bruises throughout his body. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
