'I Touch Little Girls' Scrawled On Dead SI Man's Chest: Report

The man was found in the 200 block of Corson Avenue and messages were written in black ink on his chest and stomach, a report said.

STATEN ISLAND, NY — Police found a man dead inside his Staten Island apartment Monday morning, but also found messages written on the man’s chest and stomach, including “I touch little girls,” according to a report.

NYPD confirmed that the man — who has not yet been identified — was found inside his apartment in the 200 block of Corson Avenue on Staten Island just after 9:30 a.m. on Monday. Officers found the man in the hallway of his apartment and EMS workers arrived a short time later and pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The New York Post reported Tuesday, however, that the man was found without a shirt and had two messages written on his chest and stomach in black ink. The words, “I touch little girls” was scrawled across the man’s chest while another message reading, “I take dolls in my room for girls ages 1-5” written on his stomach, the Post reported.

The newspaper also said that the words “I touch” was written on the man’s foot and that the man, who the Post reported was 80 years old, was found with cuts to his forehead and with two black eyes.

An email sent to NYPD seeking confirmation of the report was not immediately returned to Patch on Tuesday. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death, a NYPD spokesman said Tuesday.
