A longtime New York leader in small-business development, public relations, nonprofit leadership, and economic empowerment, Phil Andrews has spent decades helping entrepreneurs, professionals, community organizations, and business owners build stronger networks, increase visibility, and access new opportunities.

His work has been especially focused on supporting minority-owned businesses and advancing the economic strength of historically underserved communities.

Andrews is widely recognized for his leadership as President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., one of New York State’s leading African American business organizations.

Under his leadership and through his extensive outreach, the chamber has strengthened its regional presence, expanded relationships with small-business owners, and created platforms for business education, networking, visibility, and advocacy.

His leadership has helped connect entrepreneurs to resources, media exposure, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for long-term growth.

In addition to his chamber leadership, Andrews is the Founding President of the African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. and has served in leadership roles connected to the 100 Black Men movement.

His public service and professional accomplishments also include work in public relations, business promotion, mentoring, and economic-development programming throughout New York. He has been recognized for his contributions to small-business advocacy, community leadership, and the advancement of minority entrepreneurship.
